Hi, I’m Jess! Welcome to my corner of the internet where I share what’s on my mind. I was diagnosed as autistic and ADHD in March 2024 after spectacularly burning out from my job (and life), which you can read about here. Shortly after, Neurodivergent Notes was born out of my desire to create a safe, supportive community for other late-diagnosed people and to share my musings on life from a late-diagnosed perspective.

Last year I was really interested in neurodivergence and burnout recovery, but I realize that's only one piece of what it means to live well. Now I love to support my readers cultivate a digitally minimalistic life offline so they can live connected to the things that matter most to them.

As a 20-something with a smartphone, of course I’m addicted to it and I’m on a mission to drastically cut my screen time. Earlier this year I started the ✨ Digital Minimalism Diaries ✨ where I document my journey towards a more analogue existence and share how you can do the same. You can catch up on the archive here, or sign up to join me on the path to a more meaningful, more analogue life.
