I don't have access to woods where I live, but I always make sure to go to a park (it’s quite big, I think) every evening. It definitely helps with a whole lot of things, but most importantly, it refreshes my mind and lightens up my mood.

Anyway, it was a great read. Nothing can beat trees and nature!

Oh I definitely have ADHD. it’s even apparent in my astrological chart 😂 so I’ve grown and learned to live with it
